Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A non-refundable full payment is required at the time of booking. Once booked, clients will receive a link to schedule their creative strategy consultation. Cancellations & Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit all payments. Session Timing Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Image Selection & Editing Clients will receive a proof gallery to select their included images. Selected photos will be professionally edited in DanielleJ.Media’s signature style. Additional images may be available for purchase. Turnaround Time Final edited images will be delivered within 7–14 business days after selections are submitted. Usage Rights Clients receive usage rights for personal and business marketing. Images may not be resold or altered without permission. DanielleJ.Media retains copyright. Agreement Booking a session confirms acceptance of this policy.
