Cancellation Policy

-To secure a consultation, full payment is required at the time of booking. -Fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so one time with at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled consultation. -Once the consultation is complete and project details are confirmed, a separate contract outlining the project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be provided. -Any additional services beyond the agreed package will incur extra charges. -If you are more than 10 minutes late to your consultation, the session may be canceled or rescheduled at Danielle J Media’s discretion. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your consultation fee and will require a new booking and payment.
